Freshest Roasted Coffee Beans Possible

  • May 19, 2020

A secondary benefit to small batch roasting is that it significantly reduces the amount of time between roasting and packaging to be shipped. For example, if a large batch (say 200 lbs) of dark roasted coffee beans are roasted but only 50 lbs sell per day, the last 50 lbs to sell will be 4 days old already.

Compare the large batch roasting method to the small batch roasting method. The roastmaster roasts the coffee beans in 15 lb batches and sells 15 lbs each day. This method ensures that each person who buys these coffee beans purchases them within days that they are roasted – maximizing freshness.

Remember, all of our coffee beans are roasted in batches less than 15 lbs. to ensure a consistently roasted bag of coffee beans that are roasted within a couple days of when your order is shipped!
